摘要

“The story of Uncle’s”,a novel published in the early 1990s,is supposed to be one of the most transformative works so far through the whole career of Wang Anyi. Several types of the literary trends,such as“literature about/of the educated youth”,“root-seeking literature”,“neorealist literature”,and“critical feminist literature”,alongside the life experience of her own,contributed to the significant motivation of creating The Story of Uncle’s. Wang Anyi attempted to extricate herself from the crisis in cultural identifi-cation and reveal the complex relationship between common individuals and history by means of this piece of work.%《叔叔的故事》是王安忆发表于20世纪90年代初期的一部具有转型意义的中篇小说。“知青文学”、“寻根文学”、“女性主义文学批评”等多股文学思潮与作者自身的生活经历成为催生出《叔叔的故事》的重要写作动因，而王安忆则试图借助这部作品摆脱文化身份认同的危机，表现出普通个体与历史之间的复杂关系。
