固相萃取-GC/MS法分析黄河济南段河水中有机污染物成分

         

摘要

采用同相萃取-GC/MS检测分析技术,分析黄河水中的有机污染物.检测分析结果表明黄河水源受到了一定程度的污染,黄河原水中共检出有机污染物26种,包括烷烃类、酯类、有机酸、苯系物、醇类、不饱和烃类、含氮化合物、杂环化合物等化合物,其中有3种属于有毒物质.黄河水中相对含量较高的有机污染物是烷烃类、酸类和酯类化合物.%Solid phase extraction and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC/MS) methods were used to detect and analyse the organic pollutants in Yellow River water in this paper. The results indicated that organic compounds in different extents polluted the Yellow River water. There were 26 kinds of organic compounds detected in Yellow River water, the pollutants included alkane, ester,acid, benzene derivative, alcohol, alkene, heterocycllic compounds and so on. There were 3 kinds of toxic compounds among the compounds. The major pollutants of Yellow River water were alkane,ester and acid.
