浅谈对外汉语专业“一对一”分散式见习模式——以湖北第二师范学院对外汉语专业为例

The major of teaching Chinese as a second language （TCSL） is an applied science, and practice teaching is an integral part. Teaching probation is one of practice teaching, and it is an important part of the TCSL major undergraduate student training. As the main teaching targets are foreign students, and the distributed probational model of ＂one-to-one＂ is of flexibility, target, creativity and other characteristics, this model applies to the program of the TCSL major undergraduate student training. According to the implementation of the distributed probational model of ＂one-to-one,＂ some strengths and weaknesses are found; thus, experiences are summed up and recommendations are made accordingly.%对外汉语教学作为一门应用学科，实践教学是不可或缺的部分，其中教学见习是实践教学的一部分，当然也是对外汉语本科专业人才培养的重要环节。由于授课对象主要为外国留学生，“一对一”的分散式见习模式具有灵活性、针对性、创造性等特点，这种模式适用于对外汉语专业人才培养方案的。根据对外汉语专业“一对一”分散式见习模式的操作过程和实践，发现它的一些优点和不足，最后总结经验并提出相应的建议。
