本文介绍了分课堂的基本教学步骤,梳理了心理测量学教学现状,依据教学现状的不足提出了对分课堂模式的改革措施,并比较传统授课模式与对分课堂模式的成绩差异(t=5.89,p<0.001),一定程度上说明了对分课堂模式教学效果要好于传统授课模式.结论为基于对分课堂模式对心理测学课改的行动研究是有效的探索.%The article introduces primary progresses of PAD Class,covers the presence of teaching in psychometric and proposes the development of PAD Class.The difference in psychometric performances between traditional teaching and PAD Class was significant (t=5.89,p<0.001).The conclusion is:action research of psychometric based on PAD Class is an efficient teaching mode.
