玫瑰花中黄酮提取及其抗氧化活性的研究

             

摘要

The rose bud as raw material, the ethanol as solvent to extract flavonoids from rose, by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment, it explored the optimal extraction conditions of flavonoids.The results showed that the optimum conditions for extraction of flavonoids from rose were ethanol concentration 65%, material to liquid ratio of 1∶20, extraction temperature of 2.5h at constant temperature of 80 degrees.Furthermore, with the help of FRAP, it finds that the flavonoids from rose is of obvious antioxidation.%以玫瑰花蕾为原料,利用乙醇为溶剂提取玫瑰花中的黄酮物质,通过单因素实验和正交实验探索最佳提取条件.结果表明:提取玫瑰花中黄酮类物质的最佳条件为乙醇浓度65%,料液比为1∶20,80℃恒温提取2.5h.同时利用抗氧化能力检测试剂盒(FRAP法)检测发现,玫瑰花中提取的黄酮物质具有明显的抗氧化作用.
