金银花中总黄酮的提取及其抗氧化活性的研究

摘要

[ Objective] To research on the oxidation resistance of total flavonoids from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE. [ Method] Total fla-vonoids were extracted from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE by ethanol extraction. The oxidation resistance of total flavonoids was detected by Oven Method; the scavenging effect on hydroxy was detected by H2O2/Fe2+ system method; the scavenging effect on superoxide anion was detected by pyrogallol autoxidation method. [Result] Extracts from FLOS LONICERAE JAPONICAE showed significant inhibitory effects on the oxidation of lard oil; the scavenging rates on hydroxyl and free radical reached 52.59% and 17. 12% .respectively. [Conclusion] total flavonoids had significant antioxidant ability, hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and superoxide anion scavenging activity.%[目的]对金银花总黄酮抗氧化性进行研究.[方法]采用醇提法提取金银花中的总黄酮,利用烘箱法测定其抗氧化性、H2O2/Fe2+体系法测定其对羟基的清除作用、邻苯三酚法测定其对超氧阴离子的清除作用.[结果]金银花醇提物对猪油的氧化具有明显的抑制作用；对羟基的清除达52.59％；对自由基的清除达17.12％.[结论]总黄酮具有明显的抗氧化、清除羟自由基以及清除超氧阴离子的能力.
