为了提高镍基合金 GH4169的加工表面质量,使用专业有限元分析软件 AdvantEdge 对GH4169镍基合金进行车削过程的二维模拟仿真,分析车刀前角、刃口圆弧半径、切削速度、进给量及切削深度对 GH4169镍基合金表面残余拉应力的影响。结果表明,车削进给量对残余拉应力的影响最明显,依次是车刀前角、切削深度、刃口圆弧半径及切削深度。%In order to improve the surface processing quality of nickel -based alloy GH4169 ,two-dimension-al analogue simulation was made for the turning process of nickel -based alloy GH4169 with the professional finite element analysis software AdvantEdge GH4169.The effect of rake angle,edge radius,cutting speed, feed rate and cutting depth on residual stress of nickel -based alloy GH4169 was analyzed.The results showed that the effect of feed rate on residual stress was the most remarkable ,and then the rake angle ,cutting depth and edge radius, and cutting speed.
