液压同步回路在液压系统中的应用十分重要,液压同步的控制方案有多种。通过对叶片翻转模具传统手控、泵控同步方案的分析,提出了基于阀控同步的风电叶片翻转模具液压系统的设计方案,说明了该系统在实际应用中的优点。该系统有效地解决了臂架和模具钢变形、模具上下模错位等工程问题。%Hydraulic synchronous circuit plays an important part in hydraulic system .There are many control methods in synchronous control system .Through the analysis of traditional manual control and synchronous pump control for blade turning mould ,this paper proposes the design of wind power blade turning mould hy-draulic system based on synchronous valve control .The advantages of the system in application are expoun-ded.The system can effectively solve such problems as deformation of the jib and mould steel ,and dislocation of the mould.
