高校辅导员职业核心能力培养探索

摘要

With the continuous development and change of the society,the working object,working environment and styles of higher college counselors have changed greatly.There is a growing professional requirements for the counselors work,which re-quires the counselors must be in efforts to promote professional quality and professional core ability on the basis of the work,and can no longer rely on experience.Especially for the appearance of the students groups of post -90s,and even post -00s,it brings new topics for ideological and political education work and puts forward new requirements for the work ability of the col-lege counselors.%随着社会不断发展、变化，高校辅导员的工作对象、工作环境、工作方式也随之发生了巨大的改变，辅导员工作的专业性越来越强，这就要求辅导员必须在努力提升专业素质和职业核心能力的基础上开展工作，而不能再仅仅依靠经验。尤其是90后乃至近00后大学生群体的出现，为高校思想政治教育工作带来了新的课题，对高校辅导员的工作能力提出了新的要求。
