对民族传统体育的民族性、传统性、群众性、广泛性的研究

摘要

The paper reviews traditional minority national sports culture by using interviews,documentary methods.It Points out the traditional minority national sports is gradually formed by the evolution of the production and living habits of the tradi-tional forms of sports,which is 55 ethnic minorities in the long historical development process in addition to the Han nationali-ty.It is formed under the circumstance of particular geographical environment,social production,and historical conditions, cultural level and religious beliefs,and custom factors,with the characteristic of strong nationality,unique tradition,extensive mass,,participation of universality.%运用访谈、文献资料等方法，对我国少数民族传统体育文化进行挖掘整理。指出了少数民族传统体育是除汉族以外的55个少数民族在漫长的历史发展过程中，由生产、生活习惯的演变而逐渐形成的传统体育运动形式。它是在特定的地理环境、社会生产方式、历史条件、文化水平以及宗教信仰、风俗习惯等因素的共同作用下而形成的。具有浓厚的民族性、独特的传统性、广泛的群众性、参与的广泛性的特点。
