新刑诉法下监视居住在经济犯罪案件侦查中的适用探析

The new criminal procedure law has made important changes and re-positioning of the residential surveillance.How to apply the residential surveillance had been clearly defined.But if we can make use of Residential surveillance measures for investigation is controversial.Applicable to residential surveillance measures actively to the economic crimes suspects,will bring new opportunities for the economic crime investigation,but also for access to change the current economic crime investiga-tion mode and clues,providing evidence of train of thought,new means and methods.%新刑诉法对监视居住进行了重大修改和重新定位，并对监视居住的具体适用作了明确规定，但能否利用监视居住措施来为侦查破案服务却备受争议。对经济犯罪案件嫌疑人积极适用监视居住措施，将为经济犯罪案件的侦查带来新契机，同时也可为转变当前经济犯罪侦查模式及获取线索、证据提供新的思路、手段和方法。
