近年来,高职院校纷纷开始扩招学生,致使生源呈现出多元化的特征,虽然在一定程度上扩大了院校办学规模,但却为学生管理工作带来了巨大挑战与难题.因此,本文基于高职院校生源多元化特征视角,对目前高职院校学生管理工作现状进行简单分析,总结出在管理过程中,存在管理的观念落后、能力有限、方式传统、制度缺失等问题,并针对这些问题,对高职院校学生管理提出坚持升本管理理念、提高管理能力、创新管理方式的有效对策,借此来全面促进高职院校学生管理工作的实效性,推动其进一步发展,为学生提供更加优质的服务.%In recent years, higher vocational colleges have started enrollment of students, resulting in students showing a wide range of features, although to a certain extent, expand the scale of colleges has brought great challenges and difficulties, but for the management of students.
