PURPOSE: A method and a system for testing learning diagnosis are provide to grasp the clear difference and aim through higher rank student and 1% student, thereby clearly grasping pros and cons of the diagnosed student.;CONSTITUTION: If a learner connects to a diagnosis and test system(160) as diagnosed student on online, a diagnosis program(150) is driven. If the diagnosis system is driven, diagnosis result of the diagnosed student is stored in a database(140). The stores diagnosis result is compared with the higher rank student database(120) and 1% student database(130).
