民办高校大学英语分层教学改革探析--以青岛工学院为例

摘要

With enrollment expansion of domestic university, private colleges have dififculty in progressing. In private colleges, great differences in the quality of students and their English level exist. Therefore, teachers should attach more importance to the students’ individual differences and make layered education plans according to their distinct characteristic, so as to improve the students’ interest in English learning and help students develop in a maximum way.%随着国内大学的扩招，致使民办高校的发展举步维艰，民办高校的很多生源质量偏低、学生的英语水平存在较大的差异。因此教师要在英语教学过程针对学生的特性，在遵循学生个体差异的原则上实施分层次英语教学，找到学生有效的教学内容以及方法，进而提高学生对英语学习的兴趣，让学生可以得到最大限度的发展。
