职业院校学生职业精神培养的研究与实践--以黄冈职业技术学院为例

The occupation spirit is a spiritual impetus to promote the occupational development of workers, whose formation needs the basis of labor inherit, the motivation of spirit guide, the source of work experience, and the protection of institutional norms. In vocational colleges, though the offer of labor courses, we can promote the organic integration among campus culture, en-terprise culture, regional culture, implement the training mode of integration skills and spirit, dock enterprise production, promote occupation spirit penetration, improve the evaluation system, establish long-term mechanism, which can effectively improve the students' occupation spirit training results.%职业精神是促进劳动者职业发展的一种精神动力。其形成需以劳动传承为基础，精神引导为助力，工作体验为源泉，制度规范为保障。在职业院校通过开设劳动课程，促进校园文化、企业文化、区域文化有机融合，推行技能与精神一体化人才培养模式，对接企业生产，促进职业精神渗透，完善评价体系，建立长效机制，能有效提高学生职业精神培养成效。
