民族地区农民专业合作社发展的现状及对策——以湖北省长阳土家族自治县为例

In terms of the field survey from Tujia Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province, in recent years the farmer specialized cooperative organization has not only unfolded some new traits, such as quicker speed, wider scope, more forms, but also uncovered some problems. The paper discovers those traits and problems above, analyzes the factors that affect the farmer specialized cooperative organization in the ethnic minorities regions, as well as puts forward the corresponding measures according to the special status quo in those region.%对湖北省长阳土家族自治县的调查研究表明，近年来民族地区农民专业合作社呈现出发展势头猛、经营模式多样、合作内容日趋丰富等新特点，但在发展过程中存在经营规模小、机制不健全、分配不规范、资金短缺、融资难等日益突出的问题。通过对这些特点和问题的考察，分析影响农民专业合作社发展的因素，并结合民族地区的特殊性提出发展对策。
