Regarding A Cheng's Chess King and Liu Heng's Fucking Food two novels as the blueprint ,the comparative analysis of the writing of “eating” 's intension and method has be done ,to discover the transformation of literature about “eating” from 80 years to 90 years on Twentieth Century , and reveal the transformation of the literary significance .%　　以阿城的《棋王》和刘恒的《狗日的粮食》两篇小说作为蓝本，比较分析其对“吃”的书写的内涵与方法，透视从20世纪80年代到90年代文学对“吃”的书写的转型，并揭示出这种转型的文学史意义。
