社会结构视角下青年阶层固化问题探析

摘要

Class curing is a kind of special or abnormal state of the social mobility , and it is mainly involved in the youth group , so the class curing actually means the solidification of the youth class . The change of the social structure leads to the different social mobility mechanisms , which weakens the education power of the youth in the lower class , and meanwhile makes the cause factor become the primary factor that decide the social mobility of the youth class . Therefore , the solidification structure of the youth class must be broken and the social security system must be established and perfected to promote the fairness in order to ensure the smooth and orderly social mobility .%阶层固化是社会流动的一种特殊状态或非正常状态，阶层固化所涉及的主要对象是青年群体，因此，阶层固化实际上指的就是青年阶层的固化。社会结构的变迁导致社会流动机制发生改变，弱化了底层青年的教育动力，使先赋性因素取代后致性因素，成为决定青年群体社会流动的首要因素。因此要保证社会流动畅通有序，必须破除青年阶层固化的格局，建立并健全促进公平的社会保障机制。
