大学生践行志愿服务与提升就业能力研究

摘要

大学生就业难现象的产生既有客观因素也有主观因素.大学生自身就业观念落后、实践能力欠缺、自我定位模糊、社会适应性差等就业能力不足,是造成就业难重要的主观因素.而志愿服务为大学生搭建了一个与社会接触的广阔平台,在提高心理素质、增强实践能力、明确自我定位、提升社会适应能力方面具有重要作用,是提高大学生就业能力的有效途径.%The difficulties of university students' employment has both objective factors and subjective factors.The main subjective factors including student's the employment concepts,lack of practical ability,self-image fuzzy,poor social adaptation .The volunteer service sets up a broad communicating platform for university students as well as society. It plays an important role in improving the psychological quality, practice ability, social adaptation ability and under-standing the self-image.It Is also an effective way to improve university students' employability.
