浅谈本科就业创业能力培养模式在研究生就业创业教育中的应用

全国硕士研究生以每年4%左右的速度在扩大招生规模，近几年研究生的就业压力凸显出来，“高压硕士”已经出现。高校需要对在校研究生进行就业创业能力的培养，增强研究生的就业竞争力。本科生的就业创业能力培养模式经过十余年的发展已经比较成熟，在研究生的就业创业教育中应该充分加以利用，并根据自身的特点，建立起适合研究生自身的就业创业教育模式。%The national master's degree in the speed of 4% per year in the expansion of enrollment scale, the employment pressure of graduates in recent years has highlighted, "high pressure master" has emerged.
