工业设计模型制作过程多采用半机械化或手工方式来推敲产品的形面变化,但模型零件的装配需要有较为精确的数据作为参考,这对于手工制作产品模型是一项挑战。通过三维扫描获取相关装配数据的方法因为设备昂贵且对技术要求较高,没有得到普及。通过照片建模方法获取已有模型数据,导入到三维建模软件设计需要装配的零件,再通过三维打印制作模型零件,保证装配数据的精确性。最后,以汽车大灯制作为例对提出的方法进行了验证。%In industrial product design, semi mechanical and manual forming methods are frequently used to make prototypes which used to refine the shape. The challenge is that the parts of the prototype must have precise data to assure them assembled successfully. 3D scanning is a resolution, but is not popular for the reason of expen-sive device and high skill requirement. This paper proposes a method named image modeling, which could get the data of the prototype. The data is exported into 3D modeling software and used to design the part that will be as-sembled and printed with 3D printing machine. In this way, the precision of the data is assured. Finally, the car light modeling is used to validate the proposed method.
