从《英语泛读教程》的使用情况看英语专业泛读教学改革

摘要

Extensive Reading plays a key role in enlarging the vocabulary, cultivating students' language sense, improving the reading ability and widening students' knowledge. Nevertheless, due to various reasons, the teaching of extensive reading is confronted some problems. This paper begins with the analysis of the Extensive Reading edited by Liu Naiyin, expounds the current situation of extensive reading instruction and puts forwards some strategies ac-cordingly.%泛读课在扩大学生词汇量，培养学生语感，提高学生阅读能力和拓展学生知识面方面起着很大的作用。然而，由于教材、教学方法等方面的原因，当今泛读教学存在诸多问题，以致很难达到理想的教学效果。本文根据刘乃银主编的《英语泛读教程》的使用情况剖析泛读教学存在的问题，提出相应的对策，以期提高学生的阅读兴趣，促进英语专业泛读教学改革。
