提升职业学校德育课功能价值的实效性策略

摘要

Let the students to form the correct ideological and political and moral quality,civilized behavior, to the spirit of rule of law, the scientific world outlook, social practiceability and good occupation accomplishment culti-vation as the main moral education teaching goal is the important function of moral education in the occupation school. Therefore, occupation school teacher should take a highly responsible attitude and improve the effectiveness of moral education, the key role of the same play to moral education in moral education, the use of diverse teaching methods, to enable students to pay attention to their own moral learning subjectivity, provide a solid guarantee for the sustainable development of the occupation school. This paper mainly discussed the value of moral education from the occupation school function embarks, discusses how to improve the timeliness of the function of moral education value of class.%让学生形成正确的思想政治及道德品质，以文明行为、法治精神、科学世界观、良好社会实践能力及职业素养培养作为德育课主要教学目标是职业学校德育课的重要功能。因此，职业学校的教师应该以高度负责的心态提高德育教育的时效性，同分发挥德育课在德育教育中的关键作用，利用多元化的教学方式，使学生重视自身的德育学习主体性地位，为职业学校的可持续发展提供坚实的保障。本文主要从职业学校德育课的功能价值论述出发，探讨如何有效提高德育课功能价值的时效性。
