西部高校理工科专业插班生成因及转化管理方法研究

摘要

Since the implementation of credit system management, the transferred student has become a com-mon problem of management in universities, especially in some specialties of science and engineering universities in western area. This thesis, mainly based on the relevant survey data in recent five years, has a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the education management. And it studies some methods which are suitable for the trans-formation management on transferred students of science and engineer universities in western areas from the per-spectives of confidence, interest, friendship, and culture.%实施学分制管理以来，插班生问题已经成为高校管理的一个普遍问题，尤其是西部理工科特色鲜明的专业，插班生的转化教育问题更为突出。主要结合近五年来相关专业插班学生调查资料，详细分析其教育管理中存在的问题，从信心-兴趣-友谊-文化四个方面的再造角度来研究适合西部高校理工科专业的插班生转化管理办法。
