利用高校教学督导机制全面快速提高青年教师的教学能力

With the continuous expansion of college enrollment, the construction of teacher team in colleges and universities is an important task. Colleges and universities are actively looking for ways to improve the teaching abil-ity of teachers. Teaching supervision is suggested to be an effective way to improve the teaching ability of teachers.
