高校共青团工作是高校工作的重要组成部分,肩负着引导学生思想、培养学生能力、陶冶学生情操的重要使命.在新时期依据教育规律,针对当代大学生自主意识强的特点,开展以大学生"自我教育、自我管理、自我服务"为主要内容的"三自"教育是必要的,也是可行的.高校共青团工作是大学生"三自"教育的实施载体,同时也是最有效的手段,在大学生"三自"教育中发挥了极其重要的作用.把握教育规律,进一步深化和加强高校共青团工作在大学生"三自"教育中的作用,尚有诸多有益课题亟需深入研究.%The Communist Youth League work is an important part of the work in colleges and universities, which bears the responsibility of guiding students' thinking, cultivating students' ability and edifying students' senti-ment. Based on the law of education in the new period and considering the strong independent consciousness of con-temporary college students, it is necessary and feasible to carry out "three self" education- self education, self man-agement and self service. The Communist Youth League work serves as the important carrier and the effective means of carrying out "three self" education in colleges and universities. There are still a lot of topics for further study in regard to the importance of the Communist Youth League work in college students' "three self education".
