高等学校独立学院完善学生管理制度体系的思考

University management system is the concentrated expression of the university running mechanism,and the education idea is the soul of the management system. Only by designing students management system under the guidance of education, improving the quality and connotation of student management, establishing scientific and multi-level student management system can we unite the efforts of different educational management service system to bet-ter serve the education of independent college.%高校管理制度是大学运行机制的集中体现,教育理念就是管理制度的灵魂.以育人为导向进行学生管理制度设计,提高学生管理的质量和内涵,建立多层次科学合理的学生管理制度体系,才能凝聚不同教育管理服务体系的合力,才能更好的服务独立学院的育人工作.
