管理专业实践创新人才培养探索--以川北医学院管理学院“学·思·行”实践创新人才培养体系为例

The innovation of talents training mode is an effective guarantee to improve the training quality of tal-ents. Based on the all-round development of students and caring for their development potential, the Management School of North Sichuan Medical College has put forward the cultivation mode of "learning, thinking and practicing"to train students' learning capacity, thinking ability and practice power, instead of simply teaching knowledge. This teaching method will be carried into practice through a series of system measures and activity platforms.%实践创新人才是当前高校人才培养最主要的目标定位，管理专业由于其学科自身特性，更需关注学生实践创新能力的培养。在“学·思·行”人才培养模式的指导下，川北医学院管理学院形成了“学·思·行”的实践创新人才培养体系，并精心打造了实践创新系列活动平台，不断推进学生实践创新能力的培养。
