管理专业'学·思·行'人才培养模式实践探索——以川北医学院管理学院为例

人才培养模式创新是提高人才培养质量的有效保障,川北医学院管理学院基于学生全面发展和关注学生发展潜力的角度提出了"学·思·行"人才培养模式,将学生学习力、思维力和实践力的综合培养放在首位,而非单纯的知识传授,并通过一系列配套的制度措施和活动平台将这种模式落到实处.%The innovation of talents training mode is an effective guarantee to improve the quality of talents training.Based on the all-round development of students, the Management School of North Sichuan Medical College had put forward the cultivation mode of "learning, thinking, and practicing".This mode is comprehensive cultivation of students' learning ability, thinking ability and practical ability rather than the simple knowledge transfer and it is implemented through a number of supporting system measures and activities platform.
