构建省内区域学分银行制度的策略研究

学分银行是一种具有类似银行功能的制度模式，最大程度提供多层次多渠道的学习途径。通过了解国内外学分银行的现状，分析国内学分认证与转换中遇到的问题，对省内学分银行建设提出了一些可行的建议。%School credit bank is a kind of system model with the function of banks, and to the greatest extent it provides the learning ways of multi- levels and multi- channels. Through understanding the current situation of do-mestic and foreign credit banks, analyzing the problems encountered in the domestic credit certification and conver-sion, some feasible suggestions are put forward for the construction of the credit bank in the province.
