转型期高校校园文化建设理念与路径探析--基于创一流大学的视域

摘要

The government work report takes the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines as key projects of Chinese higher education construction during the 13th Five Year Plan in 2016. Higher education will enter into the historical development period of transformation and upgrading. Constructing "first-class" universities is a dynamic process of quantitative to qualitative change in the universities’ own development. While cling to the discipline construction, major construction, teacher training, scientific research level and teaching quality, colleges must strengthen the construction of campus culture vigorously. Top universities’ campus culture exists some characteristics such as compatibility, contradiction, academic, democratic, innovative, advanced, plurality and openness.%2016年政府工作报告将建设一流大学和一流学科列为我国“十三五”期间高等教育建设的重点工程，高等教育将进入转型升级的历史发展期。建设一流大学是高校自身发展从量变转化为质变的动态过程，在紧抓学科建设、专业建设、师资培养、科研水平和教学质量的同时，必须大力加强校园文化建设。一流大学校园文化存在兼容性、矛盾性、学术性、民主性、创新性、超前性、多元性和开放性的特性。
