行动研究对实习支教学生教学反思能力发展的影响

         

摘要

Teaching reflection is an important means for teachers'professional development .It is also one of the essential abilities an intern should try to develop during his practicum .This study combines questionnaire survey with interview to investigate how the intern's action research affects his/her teaching reflection during his/her teaching practicum .Results indicate that carrying out ac-tion research has significantly improved interns'teaching reflection ,and the teaching journals ,col-laborative talks with peer interns and their action research reports all are some important forms of teaching reflection widely employed by interns .Based on the results of this study ,some suggestions for facilitating interns'teaching reflection are made at the end .%教学反思是促进教师专业成长的重要途径,也是实习学生在教育实习期间需要发展的重要能力。本研究通过问卷结合访谈的方式调查了实习学生在实习支教期间开展的教育行动研究对其教学反思能力的影响。研究发现,教育行动研究的开展有效地促进了实习学生的教学反思能力发展;为开展行动研究而撰写的教学日志、与同事的讨论、行动研究报告等都是开展教学反思的重要手段,得到广泛应用。在此基础上,研究为如何发展实习支教学生支教期间的教学反思能力提出了建议。
