顶岗实习生说课技能存在的问题及其对策——以河北师范大学顶岗实习生为例

         

摘要

本文通过对河北师范大学实习生说课情况的考察,发现实习生存在说课与上课混淆不清、说课程序不够完整、教材分析欠缺精准、教法分析不够适恰等诸多问题.究其原因,一方面,是因为教师教育课程缺乏理论与实践的有效衔接;另一方面,是因为实习生在校期间轻视教师教育课程学习.提高顶岗实习生的说课技能,需要不断完善教师教育课程体系,开发信息化学习资源,同时需要实习生在实习过程中进行多元化学习与操练以及实习后进行总结反思与不断学习.%Based on the investigation of the speaking lesson of Hebei Normal University trainees found that trainees were confused about speaking lesson and teaching lesson in class, speaking lesson procedures was incomplete, teaching material analysis was lack of precision, teaching analysis was not suitable and many other problems.On the one hand, the teacher education courses were lack of the effective link between theory and practice.On the other hand, trainees despised teacher education courses in school.Improve speaking lesson skills of trainees, it is necessary to improve teacher education curriculum system, and develop information technology learning resources.At the same time, trainees need to learn and practice diversely in the process of internship, and the summary and reflection and lifelong learning after practice.
