教师教育中的案例教学:逻辑、保障条件及误区辨析

             

摘要

案例教学被认为是代表未来教育方向的成功教育模式,正在被广泛传播.案例教学的内在逻辑是借助一个有焦点行为的故事或一个能引发决策争议的决策情境,推理出理论或准则,进而使学生们学习和掌握这些理论或准则,与专业教育传播知识目标相契合.案例教学的前提是教师对教学认识的改变.案例教学中教师和学生的角色相较传统教学发生了变化,因而案例教学的实施基础是教师素质的提高,保障条件是案例的开发和准备教学计划.%Case teaching is spreading wildly, as a successful education pattern representing future development direction.The internal logical of case teaching is that refer theory or regular through a focus action or a disputing decision-making situation, then let students learn and master them, which mates to the goal of professional education about spread knowledge.The premise of case teaching is the changes of teaching cognitive.The implementation foundation of case teaching is the improvement of teachers' quality, due to the role of teachers and students have been changing.The supporting condition of case teaching is creating case and preparing syllabus.
