教师是立校之本,师德是教育之魂。当今社会高等教育发展快速,但高校教师的职业道德建设却相对滞后,本文基于制度建设的视角,从意识和行为两个维度,以山东省高校为例,对高校师德制度化建设基本状况进行分析,探讨高校师德制度存在的偏差缺陷及制约因素,提出相应的构建高校师德建设长效机制的措施和建议。%Teachers are the foundation of the school while their morality is the soul of education. Nowadays, higher education has rapidly developed while morality construction of college teachers has been relatively backward. From systematic perspective in both consciousness and behavior dimensions, this paper analyzes the basic situation of morality construction of college teachers in Shandong province. It discusses the systematic flaw and limitation in this aspect and brings up relative measures and suggestions for construction of long -term mechanism of college teachers' ethics.
