“80后”职业女性在工作与家庭中角色冲突的探讨

     

摘要

“80后”职业女性作为社会发展转型时期的特殊群体,在工作和家庭的责任与投入方面,日益凸显出角色冲突问题。在分析角色冲突成因的基础上,提出缓解冲突的路径,认为应营造男女平等的文化氛围,消解男尊女卑文化环境;遵循女性生育发展规律,创造弹性工作环境;提升女性家庭建设能力,实现工作和家庭社会角色错位发展。%With the development and social progress ,the increasing number of occupational woman ,the special oc-cupational woman of “after 80s”in their duties to job and family ,and work-family conflict ( WFC) has become more and more serious.This article analyzes the influential factors of “after 80s” occupational women’s role conflicts and al-so puts forward some feasible counter measures on how to solve “after 80 s” occupational women ’ s role conflicts inclu-ding constructing the equality of men and women in family atmosphere ,creating a flexible work environment by the laws of fertility for females ,promoting the ability to construct the family to realize the dislocation development of social roles in family and working fields .
