Objective To investigate the way of the damage control surgery in severe pancreaticoduodenal combined trauma. Methods Clinical data of severe pancreaticoduodenal combined trauma in 6 cases were analysed. All 6 cases were pancreaticoduodenal combined trauma,1 case combined with hemorrhagic shock,others wered operated after 24 hours since trauma,including 2 cases more than 48 hours. The damage control surgery were applied to the operations,which making gastric juice and bile separate from pancreatic juice. Results No cases died. 5 cases were cured after once operation and 1 case was performed second operation. Conclusion The damage control surgery is the better way to severe pancreaticoduodenal combined trauma.%目的 探讨损伤控制性手术在严重胰十二指肠损伤中的应用方法.方法 回顾分析6例严重胰十二指肠损伤的临床资料.全部6例均为胰腺十二指肠联合损伤、其中1例合并失血性休克,另5例手术距受伤时间均超过24小时,其中2例超过48小时.治疗采用损伤控制性手术,实现胃液、胆汁和胰液的完全分流,利于修补后创口的愈合.结果 全组无死亡病例,除1例行二次手术外,其余均一期痊愈出院.结论 对于严重胰十二指肠损伤的病人,损伤控制性手术是较好的治疗选择.
