采用问卷调查法对河北省13所具有运动人体科学教师的普通高校进行了调查,从年龄结构、学历结构、职称结构、学缘结构等几个方面进行分析,指出河北省普通高校中运动人体科学师资队伍,在上述结构中存在着下列问题：年轻教师所占比例偏大;高级职称教师比例偏少;高学历、高职称教师分布具有区域性,主要分布于石家庄高校;学缘结构单一.通过分析为改善河北省普通高校的教师队伍结构,培养高质量的教师队伍提供参考.%This article,by questionnaire,makes a survey of all the teachers for kinetic science of human body in 13 universities in Hebei Province,and based on the survey,it makes an analysis of the teachers＇ structure from their age, educational background,title and their graduate universities as well as their majors.Then it points out the existing problems as follows： relatively large proportion of young teachers;less proportion of senior teachers,uneven regional distribution of teachers with high education and title,who are mainly in universities in Shijiazhuang,unitary graduate universities and majors. The analysis may provide some reference for the improvement of teachers＇ structure and the training of high-quality teachers in Hebei universities.
