新建本科院校应用型人才培养目标定位研究

摘要

Cultivating high-level application-oriented talents has become the focus and target of application-oriented talent cultivation in most of the newly-upgraded universities. Application-oriented talents can be classified into engineering talents, knowledgeable talents and technical talents. Newly-upgraded universities should lay different stress on their cultivation targets based on their different previous college characteristics. Universities upgraded from higher vocational colleges may cultivate high-level technical application-oriented talents for professional posts, universities upgraded from higher academic colleges may cultivate engineering application-oriented talents for industries and enterprises, and universities upgraded from normal colleges may cultivate knowledgeable application-oriented talents for local needs.%培养应用型高级专门人才已经成为广大新建本科院校人才培养的主体与目标定位。应用型人才可分为创造应用型人才、知识应用型人才和技能应用型人才。新建本科院校应根据自己升本前的不同身份，有侧重地选择不同的应用型人才培养目标定位，高职升本院校可选择培养面向职业岗位的高技术技能应用型人才，高专升本院校可选择面向行业企业的工程应用型人才，师专升本院校则可以培养面向地方的各类知识应用型人才。
