旅游管理专科专业校企合作模式构建对策探讨

摘要

College-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational tourism management can give play to the advantages and potential of the College and the enterprises. It can improve students' comprehensive quality and improve the quality of personnel training. Based on the current plight of college-enterprise cooperation, the paper proposes some countermeasures of constructing college-enterprise cooperation mode under the government leadership, such as cultivating specialized management agencies, improving teacher evaluation system, setting practical teaching system for business needs, setting up the mechanisms driven by mutual interests of both schools and enterprises.%旅游管理专科专业实施校企合作能发挥学校与企业两大参与者的优势和潜能，有利于提升学生综合素质，提高人才培养质量。针对目前校企合作面临的困境，提出了政府主导下培育专门管理机构、健全教师评估体系、针对企业需求设置实践教学体系、建立校企双方利益驱动机制等旅游管理专科专业校企合作模式构建的对策。
