本科生导师制的实践与探索——以河南工业大学土木建筑学院为例

摘要

针对我国现行高等教育中存在的问题，指出推行本科生导师制的意义。本科生导师制营造了教学相长的良好氛围，但在导师的管理、激励、培训等方面还存在一些问题，需要进一步探索完善。%The paper discusses the significance of implementing undergraduate tutorial system in the light of the existing problems in the current higher education. This system creats a good atmosphere for teaching and learning but needs further exploring and improving because there are still problems in managing, motivating and traing of instructors.
