基于社会公平视角的电子政务满意度的影响因素研究

摘要

Based on social exchange theory,the article builds a model of factors influencing e-government-af-fairs satisfaction from the perspective of social equity.It uses questionnaires to collect data of 408 effective samples and checks the path relationship in the model with structural equation modeling method.The findings are as follows:procedural fairness and interactive fairness have a positive impact on the satisfaction of the a-gent and system while the impact of distributive fairness is not significant for them both.Further analysis shows that the influence of the agent’s satisfaction on government is significantly greater than the impact of E-govern-ment-affairs system satisfaction on government.%基于社会交换理论，从社会公平视角构建了电子政务满意度的影响因素模型；利用问卷调查的方式，收集了408份有效样本数据，使用结构方程模型的方法验证了模型中的路径关系。研究发现：程序公平和互动公平对代理商满意度和系统满意度有正向影响，但分配公平对二者的影响作用并不显著；进一步分析发现，代理商满意度对政府满意度的影响作用显著强于电子政务系统满意度对其的影响。
