经济发展新常态下工匠精神的价值意蕴、战略诉求与创新转换--兼论职业教育现代学徒制改革的推进策略

     

摘要

The article analyzes the origin,development,core connotation and times value of craftsman spirit at all times and in all countries from cultural perspective,argues that the current implementation of the strategies of“The Belt and Road”and “Chinese manufacturing 2025 Internet +”is in urgent need for regaining craftsman spirit.Occupation education must shoulder the mission of the times,deepen the educational reform and break-through the institutional barriers and the dilemma of inadequate supply of the legal system,lack of coordination mechanism and cooperation system,and backward school enterprise cooperation quality assurance system faced by the current apprentice system reform so as to cultivate craftsman in a great country like China.On the macro level,top-level design is to be strengthened,system obstacle is to be cleaned;on the medium level,a“third par-ty”evaluation mechanism is to be established;on the micro level,the modern apprenticeship is to be improved based on school enterprise cooperation,the integration of production and education,work and study.%从文化视角分析了古今中外工匠精神的起源、发展、核心内涵及以时代价值,认为当前我国实施的“一带一路”“中国制造2025”“互联网+”等战略迫切需要重拾“工匠精神”。培育“大国工匠”需要职业教育肩负时代使命、深化教育教学改革,突破当前现代学徒制改革面临的体制机制障碍、法律制度供给不足、统筹协调机制缺失、校企合作质量保障体系落后等困境。宏观上,要加强顶层设计,扫除机制体制障碍;中观层面,要尽快构建“第三方”评价机制;微观层面上,要完善基于校企合作、产教融合、工学结合的现代学徒制人才培养方案。
