PTFE纤维织物复合材料衬垫的高速摆动摩擦特性

         

摘要

利用自制的摩擦磨损试验机,研究了聚四氟乙烯纤维织物复合材料衬垫的高速摆动摩擦磨损性能,考察了摆动频率和摆动角度对聚四氟乙烯纤维织物复合材料衬垫高速摆动摩擦特性的影响.试验结果表明:在平均线速度相等条件下,摩擦因数随摆动频率的增大而增大,随摆角的增大而减小;在相同平均线速度下,频率高时的摩擦温度和磨损量更高.本试验条件下,PTFE纤维织物复合材料衬垫的磨损机制主要为疲劳引起的片状脱落.%The high-speed oscillating friction behaviors of PTFE fiber fabric composites liner were studied in a friction and wear tester. The effects of oscillating frequency and oscillating angle on the high-speed oscillating friction properties were studied. The results indicated that friction coefficient is increased with the increase of oscillating frequency and decreased with the increase of oscillating angle. When average linear velocity was equal,friction temperature and wear loss are higher at higher oscillating frequency. Under this test condition, wear mechanism of liner mainly is flake-off caused by fatigue.
