鱼腥草改善糖尿病小鼠胰岛素抵抗的实验研究

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the improvement effect of houttuynia cordate on insulin resist-ance in diabetic mice and to explore the relationship between the improvement of insulin resistance and anti-inflammation.Method Subcutaneous injection of L-sodium glutamate was given to ICR young rats since the day after their birth for eight consecutive days.Normal feeding was given for four months, insu-lin tolerance and glucose tolerance were detected and qualified model of insulin resistance was selected. Houttuynia cordata extract and pioglitazone hydrochloride were given by gastric gavage for four consecu-tive weeks and the insulin tolerance, glucose tolerance, TNF-αalpha level and interleukin level (IL -6、IL -8、IL -10) were detected.Results After four weeks of consecutive treatment, insulin tolerance and glucose tolerance of the high-and middle level houttuynia cordate groups improved remarkably (P <0.05) and their TNF-αalpha level and interleukin level decreased tremendously, which have the same effect with the pioglitazone group and no significant difference compared with the normal comparison group.Con clusion Houttuynia cordate can improve insulin resistance in diabetic mice, which may due to its anti-inflammation function.%目的:研究鱼腥草对糖尿病小鼠胰岛素抵抗的改善作用,并探讨其改善胰岛素抵抗与抗炎作用之间的关系。方法ICR 乳鼠从出生第2天起皮下注射 L -谷氨酸钠,连续注射8 d,正常喂养4个月,检测胰岛素耐量、葡萄糖耐量等,筛选出合格的胰岛素抵抗模型。分别灌胃给予鱼腥草提取液、盐酸吡格列酮,连续4周,检测胰岛素耐量、葡萄糖耐量、TNF -α水平,白介素水平(IL -6、IL -8、IL -10)等指标。结果连续治疗4周后,鱼腥草高、中组的胰岛素耐量和葡萄糖耐量得到显著改善(P <0.05),TNF -α水平以及白介素水平显著降低,与吡格列酮组有同等的效应,与正常对照组相比无显著性差异。结论鱼腥草可以改善糖尿病小鼠的胰岛素抵抗,可能与其抗炎作用有关。
