For 30 years,rural vocational education policy in China has gone through four stages:recovery,develop-ment,decline and reconstruction .During the period ,the changing of education organization ,education resource ,edu-cation institution ,education content ,education teachers ,education administration may have a positive or negative in-fluence on the education choice of farmers ’ children .To guide them choose vocational education ,we can pay atten-tion to the educational interest of farmer group ,deepen theoretical research ,enhance the scientific characteristic of policy making;focus on education administration ,increase the effectiveness of policy implementation;improve edu-cation legislation ,strengthen the legalization characteristic of policy implementation .%30年来,我国农村职业教育政策经历了恢复、发展、滑坡、重振四个阶段。教育价值、教育资源、教育制度、教育内容、教育师资、教育行政等政策内容变迁对农民子女职业教育选择产生了或积极或消极的影响。要想引导农民子女选择职业教育,党和国家必须彰显农民群体的教育利益,深化理论研究,加强政策制定的科学性;关注教育行政,加强政策执行的有效性;完善教育立法,加强政策实现的法制性。
