At present,micro-lectures has become a research focus of community education recently.Based on the concept and value analysis,the article presents three ideas about the development and design of micro lecture in com-munity education:theme selection,presenting forms and construction of evaluation,i.e.,the combination of people-oriented and personalized learning,the co-construction of platform and mobile terminals,and the focus on course quality evaluation and process evaluation.%目前,微课程已成为当前社区教育研究的热点,广受关注。基于概念和价值分析,文章从主题选择、呈现形式、评价构建三方面提出现阶段社区微课程开发的设计思路,即以人为本与个性化学习相结合、平台与移动终端共建、课程质量评价与过程性评价并重。
