论警察法学在公安法学教育中的地位

摘要

警察法学从提出至今已初步形成自身的理论体系,但学界对警察法学内涵的界定及其内容体系等基础理论方面仍未达成普遍共识。警察法学因其自身的特性在公安法学教育中发挥着重要的作用,从而决定了其作为一门新兴的学科,是公安法学教育中的重要组成部分,居于公安院校各专业的专业必修课和主干课程的地位。%Police law has the own theoretical system since it has been raised, but the academic circle has not to reach a general consensus on definition of the police law connotation and its content system and basic theory by now. For its own characteristics in the public security law, police law play an important role. As an emerging discipline, police law is an important part of the public security law. It aslo occupies a prominent position of public security professional courses and main courses.
