风干和烘干条件下不同小麦品种在灌浆过程中植株和子粒干物质积累的动态变化

         

摘要

选用了4个不同穗型的小麦品种,研究了灌浆过程中烘干与风干的植株和子粒干物质积累的动态变化.结果表明,单茎干重和茎鞘叶干重变化呈直线趋势,但灌浆28 d后植株干重的增加较慢.烘干和风干条件下单茎干重差异表现为中穗大粒型品种平安7号>多穗型豫农202>大穗型郯麦98>中穗型淮麦20.灌浆期间茎鞘叶的日转移量表现为郯麦98>淮麦20>豫农202>平安7号.子粒灌浆都呈现了“慢-快-慢”的变化趋势,可以用Logistic曲线方程拟合其增长趋势.烘干处理的子粒千粒重要高于风干处理的,但到灌浆28 d后,二者差异很小,烘干和风干千粒重差异表现为豫农202>郯麦98>平安7号>淮麦20.不同类型品种表现出不同的灌浆特点和干物质转移特征.%Four types of wheat cultivars were selected to study the dynamic accumulation of dry matters of plant and grain during grain filling under the condition of air-drying and oven-drying, respectively. The results indicated that the change of dry weight of stem and sheath was in linear trends during grain filling process, whereas the range of increase gradually became slow from 28th day after anthesis. The difference of dry stem weight treated by air-drying and oven-drying was in the following order; Pingan 7 with medium spike and large grain > Yunong 202 with multiple spike > Tanmai 98 with large spike > Huaimai 20 with medium spike. The transfering amount of dry matter per day in sheath was as follows ; Tanmai 98 > Huaimai 20 > Yunong 202 > Pingan 7 during grain filling. Grain filling had shown a "slow-fast -slow" tendency that could be fitted with the Logistic equation. The thousand-grain weight under the treatment of air-drying was significantly larger than that with the treatment of oven-drying, whereas it has no obvious difference from that on the 28th day after anthesis. The difference of thousand-grain weight was as follows; Yunong 202 > Tanmai 98 > Pingan 7 > Huaimai 20. There were different characters on dry matter accumulation and filling rate among different types of cultivars at grain filling stages.
