香樟子叶胚体胚发生诱导的研究

             

摘要

The effects of different plant hormones combinations at different concentrations on somatic embryogenesis induction from cotyledonary embryos of Cinnamomum camphora in MS medium were studied.The results showed that in the medium MS+2,4 D 0·5 mg/L+6 BA 1·0 mg/L+CH 1·0 g/L,the induction rate of somatic embryogenesis from cotyledonary embryos of Cinnamomum camphora was better with 83·3%,and the number of somatic embryos per inducing explants was 3·4,and had a better growth status;after the germination induction for somatic embryos,the germination rate was 48%.%以香樟的子叶胚为外植体,以 MS 为基本培养基,研究不同植物生长调节剂组合对香樟子叶胚体胚发生诱导的影响。结果表明,配方 MS+2,4 D 0·5 mg/L+6 BA 1·0 mg/L+水解酪蛋白(CH)1·0 g/L 对香樟子叶胚的体胚发生诱导率较高,诱导率为83·3%,平均体胚数为3·4枚,且生长状态较好;香樟体胚经萌发诱导处理后,萌发率可达48%。
